By downloading and/or interacting with the Security assistant (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile application”), these Terms & Conditions will automatically apply to you – that is why you should read them carefully before using the Mobile application and interacting with it. Copying or modifying the Mobile application is strictly prohibited, as well as modifying any part of the Mobile application, or our trademarks in any way, including misspelling. All attempts to extract the source code of the Mobile application, translate it into other languages or make derivative versions is strictly prohibited. The Mobile application itself and all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to ROCKETAP LTD.
ROCKETAP LTD strives to ensure that the Mobile application is as effective and useful as possible. Due to that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Mobile application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason, including AB testing and remote configuration, as well as updates in the App Store. You need to keep your Mobile application version up to date to receive a better experience. The Mobile application stores and processes the personal data that you give us in order to provide our Services and improve the Mobile application. You are entirely responsible for keeping your phone and the Mobile application secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs and also compromise your phone’s security features. All of this can mean that the Security Assistant will not work as expected or will not work at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things and situations that ROCKETAP LTD will never take responsibility for. For example, some functions of the Mobile application will require the app to have an active and stable internet connection. The connection can be true Public and Private Wi-Fi, or provided by a mobile network provider, but ROCKETAP LTD does not take responsibility for the fact that the Mobile Application is not fully functional if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or the network of the mobile operator. If you are using the Mobile application outside of the Wi-Fi zone to which you are connected, you must remember that the terms of your mobile operator agreement will still apply. As a result, your mobile provider may charge you data transfer fees for the entire connection time when you access the Mobile application or other third party fees. While using and interacting with the Mobile application, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Mobile application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Mobile application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the Mobile application.
Along the same lines, ROCKETAP LTD cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Mobile application, i.e. you need to ensure that your device remains charged – if it runs out of battery, and you can not turn it on to use the Service, ROCKETAP LTD cannot take responsibility.
Regarding the responsibility of ROCKETAP LTD for your use of the Mobile application, it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure that it is constantly updated and corrected, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. ROCKETAP LTD is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that you incur as a result of using the functionality of the Mobile application.
We have the right to update the Mobile application at any time. The Mobile application is currently available on iOS. The requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the Mobile application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates to continue usage of the Mobile application. ROCKETAP LTD does not promise that it will always update the Mobile application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the Mobile application when offered to you. We may also stop providing the Mobile application and may stop supporting it at any time without intentional notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Mobile application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, with or without notice. That is why you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
